To participate in the congress as a presenter, table coordinator, or attendee, you need to complete the registration form. This form is the first step to confirm your participation and receive specific details about the event. Please follow these steps:

Complete the document with the required information about your proposal.

Upload the completed file along with the other requested information in the registration form.

The deadline for submitting session proposals is May 16, 2025.

The deadline for submitting paper abstracts is June 13, 2025.

Files should be in .pdf or .doc format.
You will receive an automatic confirmation upon completion of the submission. Notification about the acceptance of your proposal will be sent within 48 hours.
